HAMBURGER WITH BASIL SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
– 4 Hamburger
– 80gr basil leaves
– 80gr parmesan
– 30gr pine nuts
– 1 Clove of garlic
– 1,2dl extra virgin olive oil
– 3 Tomatoes
– 4 Slices of bread
– Salt and pepper
PORTION: 200gr
PREPARATION:
Whisk the basil with a little salt, garlic, half of the parmesan, pine nuts and oil until you get a creamy pesto. Cook hamburger on the grill on both sides. Heat the slices of bread, distributed over the pesto, diced tomatoes, hamburgher and grana cheese flakes.
HAMBURGER WITH PEPPERS AND ROSEMARY
INGREDIENTS
– 4 hamburger
– 1 red pepper
– 1 yellow pepper
– A few sprigs of rosemary
– Extra virgin olive oil
– Salt and pepper
PORTION: 150gr
PREPARATION:
Cook in a pan for five minutes peppers cut into strips with a few tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil and a sprinkling of salt and pepper. When half cooked, add the rosemary sprigs. Cook in another pan hamburger with a little oil, brown them on both sides. When the peppers are cooked, dip the hamburger, cook them for a few minutes and trasfer them to the serving plate with the sauce obtained.
SPICY HAMBURGER
INGREDIENTS

– sugar
PREPARAZIONE:
For the pepper jam
– 300gr sweet red chillies
– 100gr water
– 50gr sugar
For the “jam” wash the peppers and divide each into two, eliminate the seeds and the internal white filaments, then collect them in a saucepan in a low heat until the peppers have reduced to a soft mixture, then pass them in a vegetable mill and arrange the jam obtained in a tight glass jar.
PINK SAUCE WITH BARRIES AND LAVANDER HAMBURGER
INGREDIENTS
– 4 hamburger
– 100gr berries
– extra virgin olive oil
– sugar
– red wine or balsamic vinegar
– lavender leaves
PORTION: 150gr
PREPARATION:
Cook hamburger in a non-stick pan, over low heat, on both sides. Heat the berries in the pan, to create the sauce starting from the juice they release, and then add a little sugar and an aromatic ingredients, such as red wine or balsamic vinegar. Decorate the hamburger with the sauce and a few lavender leaves.
SFIZIOBURGER
INGREDIENTS
– 4 hamburger
– extra virgin olive oil
– salad leaves
– 1 pepper
– 1 tomato
– salt
PORTION: 150gr
PREPARATION:
Cook hamburger on both sides in a non-stick pan with a wire of extra virgin olive oil. Cut the sandwiches in half, toast them and stuff them in a layers with salad, hamburger, strips of pepper, tomato. Garnish with sauces to taste.
LAMB HAMBURGER
INGREDIENTS
Lamb hamburger is a much valued variant of the classic, also because the lamb meat containes a low quantity of fat and a high percentage of proteins with high biological value as well as numerous minerals and vitamine E. Lamb meat, unlike what is believed, is part of the white meat category, therefore suitable for daily consumption and lighter and more digestible than red meats. This slightly spicy lamb hamburger is the best solution for a quick dinner but with an excellent nutritional supply. If you love greek or middle eastern cuisine, you can replace the classic hamburger bread with the traditional pita bread, a sort of arabic bread easy to make even at home. If you love strong flavors, you can stuff hamburger with tzatiki sauce, based on yogurt and garnish with salad and tomato, your choice.
